We work hard to make sure you get your order as soon as possible.  We make every effort to ship within 24 hours of receipt of an order.  Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after working hours will be processed the following business day.  All orders are shipped by either the U S Postal Service with delivery confirmation (includes Saturday delivery) or UPS.  The actual shipping cost will vary depending on the total weight of your order and the distance from Cary Plantation, ME.  We give you, the customer, the choice to select which shipping options best meet your needs.  Our shopping cart will give you the opportunity to view the shipping cost before you click to confirm your order.

We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and all APO's and FPO's.   Regular and Priority Mail to these areas outside the continental United States will probably take longer.   All cost associated with these shipping options includes a small handling charge.

We highly recommend using UPS for shipping our larger bird houses and bird feeders.  This would cover any claims for damages in transit caused by UPS.  Since all our bird houses and bird feeders are custom made, please allow an extra 5-8 business days for processing and shipping.  We're sorry for the inconvenience.
